Do you provide after hours services?
Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by appointment only. For appointments made within 24 hours of the service a $40 fee applies.
How much do you charge?
Our notary services are $15 per signature for Acknowledgements, Oath/Affirmations, and Jurats.
SF Loan signings are flat rate $150 without scanbacks, $200 with scanbacks.
Certified copies of a power of attorney $15.
Deposition Services $30.
United States Military veterans are served free of charge.
We do not charge a notary fee for nomination documents or circulator's affidavits, nor for mail ballot identification envelopes or other voting materials.
What do I need to prepare for my appointment?
Please have all documents completed, except for signatures. Please have government issued photo identification or two credible witnessed with proper identification ready for your appointment.
